The Valgadena Bridge, located between Foza and Enego, is a favourite destination for Bungee Jumping.
Bungee is a young kind of sport for those who like to experience new challenges and explore new emotions.
Bungee Jumping Centre Valgadena:
175 metres: the distance from the ground
165 metres: the total jump
120 metres: the first bounce
40 metres: the length of free flight
41.5 metres: the length of the elastic cord
If you want to experience the “ritual” of the bungee jumping, you must be in good health conditions and sign the acceptance of the regulations. If you are under 18, you will need the consent of your parents. Contra-indications for those who want to try bungee:
heart disease of any kind
high blood pressure
syncope or fainting of any kind
respiratory impairment, arterial or venous
gastrointestinal disorders that can be negatively affected by acceleration
diseases or injuries of bones, muscles, tendons and joints, which can lead to the neuromuscular dysfunction due to acceleration
ENT diseases with balance disorders
central and peripheral neurological disorders (paralysis, paresis, epilepsy, psychosis, neurosis, etc.)

Time: approximately from 11:00am till 3.30pm or 4.00pm.
Location: Valgadena Bridge, the highest bridge in Europe (175 metres), connecting Enego and Foza.
Regulations: Jumping takes place only individually, the participant must weight not more than 110 kg.
