With its territory set between mountains and far from the light pollution produced by big cities, the Asiago Plateau turns out to be an optimal location for the observation of the night sky.
Many are the activities organized throughout the year thanks to the important collaboration with local associations of specialised guides: guided hikes at dawn and dusk, snowshoe night hikes with final refreshments at local mountain chalets.
And also, activities such as "From the stable to the stars", which includes a visit to a typical mountain hut combined with an explanation by a professional astronomer with the use of the telescope and "Trekking & Astronomy", an evening guided hike that includes a guided tour of the Astrophysical Observatory of Asiago.
