There are two swimming pools on the Plateau and a spa with a 25-metre swimming pool. Here children and adults can take swimming courses; there is also an aqua fitness course and special swimming classes for pregnant women. The facilities are open all year round.
AQUAFIT
Aqua aerobic offers exercises that everyone can do; this sport has only advantages. AQUABIKE
Aquabike is a gymnastics that uses the cycling exercise in the water with the rhythm of motivating music. The exercises against the water resistance help to harden leg muscles and gluteus, to bring arm and abdominal muscles in shape and to improve the cardio and pulmonary system. Besides, such water massage is very useful for those who want to get rid of cellulite.

WATER TRAINING
This intensive aerobic activity requires ability to float and is mainly practiced in deep water, involving each part of the body. Exercises in water give soothing massage to the body helping blood circulation and bringing different groups of muscles in shape, without causing swellings.
