From Friday, February 7th to Sunday, February 9th, the chocolate makers' stands will offer every variety of chocolate, as well as special pastry products.
You will be able to find the most delicious regional specialties along with small and large chocolate figures, unique works of art, a true feast for the eyes and the palate.
This is the only stop on the entire tour to host notable figures from the world of chocolate and pastry (in 2020 Ernst Knam, in 2022 Damiano Carrara, in 2023 Benedetta Parodi, in 2024 Ernst Knam); for this upcoming edition, Tommaso Foglia will be arriving in Asiago, holding two showcooking sessions on Sunday, February 9th at 10:00 and 12:00. Entrance requires prior reservation.
