Two "tasty" weekends dedicated to the delights of the mountains. Made in Malga was born from the idea of the Guru Comunicazione Staff and the Consorzio Tutela Formaggio Asiago, with the aim of promoting the culture and value of mountain agriculture related to dairy production. The event takes place in collaboration with the Communities of the Asiago Plateau and hosts the best Italian mountain cheeses. This year, in its twelfth edition, it will be held from September 5 to 7 and from September 12 to 14.
A unique opportunity to discover, among the streets of the Center of Asiago, cheeses and many other delicacies produced at high altitude. As in previous editions, Made in Malga 2025 will offer visitors a wide range of events to spend intense days in the name of mountain flavors: a market exhibition of producers, masterclasses and guided tastings with cheeses paired with extreme wines, artisanal workshops, excursions in the mountains of the Asiago 7 Communities Plateau, the great mountain tavern with traditional cheese-based dishes, cultural meetings and screenings of themed films. Meanwhile, in the gardens of Piazza Carli, the Mountain Beer Festival dedicated to craft mountain beers returns. Over the years, the event has become a fixed appointment, inevitably linked to the name of the Asiago Plateau, able to attract cheese lovers from all over Italy.
